Capt. Liu Gongchen, Executive Director General of China MSA paid a visit to Qingdao and inspected "Haibiao 12" and "Haibiao 24" buoy tender on Aug. 18th, 2008. After examined the condition of the buoy tender, he praised the crew for their efforts in safeguarding the marker buoys during the Olympic Sailing Competition.
