In order to better understand the global development in AtoN and hydrographic field and improve our capability in maritime administration and convention implementation, China MSA organized the translation of "IALA RECOMMENDATIONS & GUIDELINES COLLECTION", "IHO PUBLICATIONS COLLECTION", "XVIth IALA CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS" and "IHO CIRCULAR LATTERS COLLECTION 2007". The four collections will be printed recently.

IALA RECOMMENDATIONS represents the highest level of IALA documentation. Recommendations provide suggestions to IALA members on how members should plan, operate and manage AtoN, and provide direction on uniform procedures and processes. And IALA GUIDELINES provide detailed, in-depth information on an aspect of a specific subject, indicating options, best practices and suggestions for implementation.

IHO generally renews and updates its publications every two years. "IHO PUBLICATIONS COLLECTION"（4－6）is a continuation to the "IHO Publications Collection" (1-3) printed in 2004，which contains 39 newest publications that are closely related to Chinese marine community.

"XVIth IALA Conference Proceedings" comprises all the 62 papers presented at the 16th IALA Conference.
IHO circular letters (CLs) are issued to keep member states informed on technical, financial and administrative issues of importance to the proper functioning of the Organization. In some cases, CLs propose initiatives put forward by our Committees or Working Groups or by the Directing Committee itself, seeking a decision of the Organization on the particular subject. Therefore, CLs played a vital role in IHO's internal structural. "IHOCIRCULAR LATTER COLLECTION 2007" comprises all the CLs that were issued by IHB in 2007.
