Houjidao Lighthouse established in 1882 is located on the Houji Island near Changshan channel in Baohai. The lighthouse labtern was destroyed during the war. It was reconstructed in 1953 and transformed in 1974. The lighthouse assists vessels passing by Changshan channel and Houji channel.
Houjidao Lighthouse is the cultural heritage of Changhai country.
